Terms and conditions
All fees must be paid in advance at the time of your informal interview and in-person registration and may be paid by:
Cash in U.S. Dollars or Euros or Mexican pesos;
Traveler's checks payable in U.S. Dollars or Euros;
A Certified Bank Draft drawn in the name of "Spanish in Cabo S.A de C.V." for the exact amount of tuition (Excluding housing fees).
The school must receive the exact amount of the fee or tuition so in case of any cost related to the means of payment chosen it has to be covered by the student. We do not accept credit cards. Tuition and fees are non-refundable.
In case of choosing accommodation in a house or apartment , housing fees must be paid directly to the school. Your balance will be refunded to you in the event of an early departure. Unlike registration and tuition fees, housing fees are refundable. The housing is provided by Spanish in Cabo S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter referred to as SiC) as a service to the student and the school shall not be held liable for any illness or injury resulting while the student is studying and/or staying in the house/apartment.
Class attendance is the responsibility of the student. There will be no partial refund of tuition for failure to attend classes for any reason, including illness, early withdrawal, dismissal from the program or other emergencies. When unforeseen circumstances force a student to leave the program early, credit for the time remaining will be posted to the student's record for use at a later. There is no refund or reduction in fees for a holiday schedule. SiC reserves the right to change rates and/or policy without prior notice.

SiC shall not be held liable for any illness or injury resulting while the student is in the SiC and/or staying in the house/apartment or in any other place of Cabo or Mexico. SiC highly recommends to its students to buy a medical insurance before coming to Mexico. SiC offers its services in Mexico under the specific conditions established by the Mexican Government law and the SiC policies, and it will be the responsibility of each individual coming to this institution to obtain the necessary documents and permits to leave his/her country, as well as if necessary, the visa to enter Mexico.
